Using state-of-the-art packaging
simulation techniques, and advanced materials
and process characterization, our Package Development
team has successfully developed a wide range of
CSP (chip scale package), MCM (multi-chip module),
and smart card module products with high reliability
and yield within short development cycle times.
In constant maintenance of our quality standards,
AIC Semiconductor places paramount emphasis on
excellence, which is our way of life. The
company was certified to the ISO9002:1994 Standard
by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance on
30 July 1999.

AICS had also achieved the QS9000 Certification
on 9 December 2000 from the same quality registration body.
With these achievements, AICS became a Quality Endorsed Company
for assembly & test of semiconductor IC devices. With
regards to environmental policy, AICS was certified to ISO
14001 on 9 November 2001.
Investment in the latest state-of-art equipment
for both assembly and test operations puts AIC Semiconductor
at the forefront of technology. Our Package Development
and Engineering teams are constantly assessing future assembly
techniques, and improving our current processes and manufacturing
technology to ensure that we are always capable of providing
our customers with the right products at the right time and
price.
Our process technology and manufacturing
system allows us to deliver exceptional product quality, reliability,
yield, and short production cycle times. AIC Semiconductor
